About the role
Our client is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on performance marketing and data analytics. This role is key to driving measurable growth through effective digital strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. A core part of your role will involve analyzing campaign performance, tracking key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROI, conversion rates), and utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness. You will also manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns, with deep expertise in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
