Our client is seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives from their office in **Jos, Plateau, NG**. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of SEM, social media advertising, programmatic display, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for managing significant advertising budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and generating actionable insights to maximize ROI. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization. Oversee social media advertising efforts, targeting specific demographics and interests to drive conversions. Implement and manage programmatic display and video advertising campaigns. Explore and develop new growth channels, such as affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement and budget allocation. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive campaign execution and compelling creatives. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient spend and measurable results. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid acquisition. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic decisions. Excellent understanding of SEO principles and their integration with paid campaigns. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
