Who are we looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a digital marketing generalist, capable of handling various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media, paid social, and content creation. Agency experience ideal.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
• Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
• Create and manage engaging content across multiple digital channels including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
• Oversee social media presence and develop campaigns to enhance brand engagement and audience growth.
• Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.

What do you need :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, social media, paid social, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Previous or current agency experience would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the luxury travel industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results.
