Suit City is a fast-growing men’s fashion brand specializing in suits, formalwear, and styling. We’re looking for a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, drive traffic, and increase both in‑store and online sales.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager who can manage content, campaigns, and customer engagement across multiple channels. This role focuses on social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing to build brand awareness and convert attention into revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, posts)
  • Edit content for a polished, high‑converting look
  • Plan and publish multiple posts per week across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Manage and grow all social media accounts
  • Develop and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, customer retention, product launches)
  • Build and manage email lists and customer segmentation
  • Support SEO efforts including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and improving search visibility
  • Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns for performance and ROI
  • Stay up to date with current trends and adapt them to our brand
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build community
  • Track and analyze performance (social, ads, email, SEO) and optimize strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar role
  • Strong content creation and video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify Email, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategy
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Ability to consistently create and publish multiple pieces of content weekly
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and growth strategies
  • Self‑motivated, creative, and detail‑oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion, retail, or e‑commerce
  • Experience with Shopify and customer segmentation
  • Ability to shoot high‑quality content in‑store
  • Experience with Google Ads and local search optimization
