The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager with a strong project management mindset to drive, coordinate, and deliver digital marketing initiatives across all business lines.
You will act as a central orchestrator, working across internal teams and external agencies, ensuring that all digital activities are well-executed, consistent, and performance-driven.
This role is key to bringing our brand to life online, while continuously improving our digital ecosystem and supporting lead generation efforts.
Beyond coordination, this position requires a true ownership mindset: you are able to step in, solve problems, and move projects forward yourself when needed.
You are not only managing, you are making things happen.
Responsibilities
Digital Project Management
- Act as the central project manager for all digital initiatives
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and impact
Website Management
- Manage and update the corporate website (content, pages, UX improvements)
- Support the ongoing website evolution / redesign project
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders
- Ensure content is aligned with brand and business priorities
- Support and drive SEO / GEO
Content Deployment & Digital Campaigns
- Deploy digital campaigns (product launches, events, case studies)
- Coordinate content production and distribution
- Ensure effective execution across channels
Social Media & Visibility
- Manage Social Media presence (organic + paid)
- Execute campaigns and monitor performance
- Optimize content and formats over time
Lead Generation & CRM Support
- Support marketing campaigns generating leads
- Work with CRM tools for campaign execution and follow-up
Agency Management
- Manage and challenge external agencies (SEO, paid media, web…)
- Brief clearly, follow-up closely, ensure delivery
- Identify when to outsource vs. handle internally
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years in digital marketing
- Proven experience in project management and execution
- Experience working with agencies is essential
- B2B / industrial experience is a plus

- Curious and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Strong leadership mindset, with the ability to take ownership, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment
- International mindset, with experience working in a global or multicultural organization
- Professional English required (native or near-native level is a strong plus)
- Comfortable interacting across functions, with the ability to switch seamlessly from highly technical topics (e.g. industrial engines) to corporate, services or HR-related subjects within the same day 😊
