Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and SEO professional to create a comprehensive beginner-to-advanced pre-recorded course for Kovun Academy. The course spans 12 modules covering everything from branding and content marketing to paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, automation, and freelancing. The full syllabus and all materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Record and deliver all 12 course modules following the approved syllabus provided by Kovun Academy.
• Teach digital marketing concepts from beginner to advanced in a clear, practical, and engaging way.
• Cover real-world strategies across SEO, content marketing, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing, CRM, automation, and e-commerce.
• Walk learners through live tool demonstrations using Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and email platforms.
• Create practical exercises and assignments that reinforce learning for each module.
• Develop supporting materials: slide decks, worksheets, templates, and strategy guides.
• Submit all videos and materials in the formats specified by Kovun Academy.
• Be available for up to two rounds of revisions if requested.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and SEO with a verifiable track record or portfolio.
• Proficiency across multiple digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Practical experience with tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Ability to teach clearly on camera and break down complex marketing concepts for complete beginners.
• Nigerian market experience is a strong advantage.
• Access to professional recording equipment — minimum 1080p video and clear noise-free audio.
• Strong English communication skills — written and spoken.
• Ability to complete and deliver the full course within 2–3 weeks of signing.
• Must be available to begin and complete delivery within May 2026.

Compensation

One-Time Payment

₦120,000 (One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Naira) paid in full upon the Academy's review and approval of the completed course materials.

Revenue Share

In addition to the one-time payment, the selected tutor will receive 15% of all verified revenue generated from sales of this course on the Kovun Academy platform.

• Revenue share begins six (6) months after the course is launched on the platform.
• Payments are made monthly, within 7–14 days after each month ends.
• The tutor will have access to a real-time sales and revenue dashboard.
• Revenue share applies for a fixed period of five (5) years from the course launch date.
• Any breach of the tutor agreement results in immediate forfeiture of all revenue share.

Production Standards

• Video quality: Minimum 1080p resolution, well-lit, clean background.
• Audio: Clear, noise-free audio is non-negotiable.
• Screen recordings must be high resolution with all tools and panels clearly visible.
• Each lesson must be focused, well-paced, and structured around the provided outline.
• All project files, templates, and supporting materials must be submitted alongside videos.
• Files must be delivered in the formats specified by Kovun Academy.

Important Notes

• All course materials created under this engagement become the exclusive property of Kovun Academy upon submission.
• The tutor may not publish, distribute, or reuse the course content on any external platform.
• A formal Tutor Agreement will be signed before work commences.
• Limited portfolio use (1–3 minute excerpts only) is permitted under the agreement terms.
• The course must be fully delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of the agreement being signed.
• Only applicants available to begin and complete delivery within June2026 will be considered.
