Role, Responsibility and Authority
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Regularly update website content and ensure technical functionality and security.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic reach.
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create and manage company business profiles on Google, social media, and other online platforms.
- Manage incoming leads from digital sources and coordinate with relevant departments for follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and optimize user journeys.
- Implement data‑driven strategies to improve online conversion rates and overall marketing ROI.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager for implementing and managing tracking codes effectively.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Business Profile Management to optimize company listings and enhance local visibility.
- Proficiency in website development and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
- Familiarity with social media marketing and online business profile management.
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
