About the Role
Are you a digital marketer who thinks strategically — not just post-and-ghost? Do you live inside content calendars, geek out on automations, and get excited when a campaign performs? Pacific Business Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage our internal marketing operations AND deliver social media services for our clients. You’ll work directly with our Director of Marketing and CEO. This role requires someone who can own platforms, manage GoHighLevel workflows, execute with precision, and think three steps ahead.
Primary Responsibilities
GoHighLevel & CRM:
- Manage GoHighLevel CRM — pipelines, contacts, automations, and campaigns
- Build and maintain automated email/SMS workflows and lead funnels
- Support onboarding of new clients into GoHighLevel
Social Media — Internal & Client-Facing:
- Own the publishing calendar for PBP and all sister brands Manage social media for PBP clients who contract us for marketing services
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Alignable
- Monitor, engage, and report on platform performance weekly
Content & Email Marketing:
- Design on-brand graphics in Canva for social and email campaigns
- Support Mailchimp email campaign setup and reporting
- Write captions, subject lines, and short-form copy aligned to each brand’s voice
Project Management & Strategy:
- Own your task board — deadlines, status, and deliverables visible at all times
- Coordinate timelines across internal and client projects simultaneously
- Think three steps ahead — anticipate what the team needs before being asked
- Bring new ideas and identify process improvements proactively
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience
- GoHighLevel experience — CRM, automations, and pipelines (strongly preferred — heavily weighted)
- Proven social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook required; LinkedIn a plus)
- Canva proficiency for branded content creation
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication — clear, warm, and brand-aware
- Google Workspace proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Critical thinker who connects tactics to strategy and sees the big picture
- Must commute to Long Beach, CA regularly — hybrid schedule required
Preferred Qualifications:
- GoHighLevel advanced user, certified, or agency sub-account experience
- Client-facing social media management experience (agency or freelance)
- Mailchimp or email marketing platform experience
- Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Canva AI, etc.)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on GoHighLevel experience)
- 10+ hours per week — with potential for growth
