Your Role

As a YouTube Channel Manager (m/f/d), your main task is to build and continuously optimize our YouTube channel and attract new subscribers. You will develop a channel strategy for traffic, engagement, follower growth, and conversions on YouTube (Shorts + Long Form). You will create and implement a content plan, prioritizing workflows and current content for the various social channels. You will monitor social media trends, algorithm adjustments, and current developments in the digital landscape.

Your Focus

• Growth: You will focus on growing our main YouTube channel and Shorts channel.
• Cutting Experience: You have demonstrable experience in video and audio editing as well as post-production.

Requirements

• Language Skills: You speak and write fluent German (optimal: German = native language or similar language level) and can ideally also read and write English fluently (required for English-speaking funnels).
