Coceptual Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between our creative vision and our digital execution. This isn't just a "posting" job; you will be the engine room of our digital presence, ensuring our designer, ads manager, and website are all perfectly synced.

You must be a power user of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, with a solid grasp of SEO and basic website maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Coordination: Liaise with our graphic designer to communicate content needs. You will provide briefs for weekly/monthly content and ensure the delivered flyers meet brand standards.

Content Scheduling: Take delivery of creative assets and schedule them strategically across platforms using Meta Business Suite.

Advertising Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Ads Manager to ensure organic content supports our paid ad strategy and schedule/run ads as directed.

Website Upkeep & SEO: Post blog content and working with the website builders to the website from time to time, ensuring all posts are optimized for SEO.

Requirements

Location: Must be physically based in Abuja

Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Meta Suite and Ads Manager is non-negotiable.

SEO Knowledge: A strong understanding of SEO best practices for blog posting.

Organizational Skills: Ability to plan content cycles a month in advance and manage a designer’s workflow.
