About the role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engagement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. You will be based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, NG , with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Your core responsibilities will include managing all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), developing engaging content calendars, and overseeing the creation of compelling visuals and written content. You will monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and manage online communities. You will also be responsible for analyzing website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies. Collaborating with the sales and product development teams will be key to ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms. You will stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, complemented by a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital marketing campaigns. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management is required. Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and paid social media advertising is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset are crucial. Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content creation software is highly desirable. You should be adept at managing multiple projects, working effectively under pressure, and adapting to the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and social media strategies. Manage all company social media accounts and online communities. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content across various platforms. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (SEM, Social Ads). Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and social media metrics. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
