About the role
AccuTec is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support its growing medical division. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is excited to contribute across multiple areas of marketing, including content development, digital campaigns, social media, website updates, trade shows and day-to-day marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer who is comfortable balancing creative work with executional details, enjoys learning the business from the inside out and is eager to help drive growth. This role is also well-suited for someone who embraces new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and strengthen marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including:
- Creating and updating marketing collateral such as sell sheets, catalogs and other branded materials
- Assisting with the development of print and digital advertising campaigns
- Managing AccuThrive’s LinkedIn presence, including content creation, scheduling and page maintenance
- Supporting the future launch and management of AccuThrive’s Instagram account
- Updating website content and adding new pages as needed in WordPress
- Applying SEO best practices and monitoring website performance metrics
- Creating and deploying email campaigns, including list segmentation and automated workflows
- Tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics
- Coordinating national medical trade show logistics, including registration, booth planning, branded materials, shipping and pre-show preparation
- Managing inventory of samples, collateral, demo materials, and trade show supplies
- Sending samples to prospective customers and trade show leads
- Supporting sales staff with trunk stock and additional inventory requests
- Coordinating print and production needs with outside vendors
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or a related hands-on marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content creation, email marketing, social media management and website updates
- Familiarity with WordPress and SEO best practices preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of strategic, creative and administrative responsibilities
- Willingness to learn, adapt and use AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
Work Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Verona, VA, with the remaining days worked remotely.
