Responsibilities
- Develop captivating webinar content tailored to targeted audiences by collaborating with internal teams and external influencers, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and suppliers.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and generating leads for innovative products, services, and technologies through engaging digital content.
- Partner with creative teams to craft high-impact landing pages, social media ads/posts, emails, and website campaigns—driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Maximize reach by tailoring content for web, social, and email channels, including launching national social pilots to showcase ROI and scalability.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to innovative marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in webinar content marketing and editorial roles, with a focus on B2B and B2B2C audiences.
- Proven success in supporting downstream marketing plans that drive revenue, demand, and profitability.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, omnichannel strategies, and ROI measurement.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom webinars, social media, and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field (Master’s a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Asana, and other marketing platforms.
