Role & Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help shape and grow PHOENIQS’ digital communication across key channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving digital marketing activities. The focus is on measurable performance, technical excellence, and the continuous expansion of our visibility across both traditional and AI-based search and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and execution of digital marketing strategy across all relevant channels (Search Engine Marketing, Generative Engine Optimization, Social Media, Content Management & Performance Tracking).
SEM & Paid Advertising
- Plan, manage, and continuously improve search and paid campaigns, ensuring strong visibility and alignment with communication and campaign goals
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to inform campaign planning and content development
- Maintain and optimize landing pages, campaign messaging, and keyword structures
- Review campaign performance and derive clear actions for ongoing improvement
- Budget management, bid strategies, and performance optimization based on defined KPIs
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Development and continuous evolution of a GEO strategy to ensure visibility in AI-based search and answer systems
- Lead GEO-related initiatives by structuring, maintaining, and evolving content so it is clearly understood and surfaced by AI-based search and assistant systems
- Drive content updates, page structuring, and metadata improvements
Social Media & Paid Social
- Management of performance-driven social media and paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Conceptualization and strategic enablement of Managements LinkedIn accounts to support thought leadership and executive positioning
- Monitor engagement and channel performance, translating insights into concrete improvements
Content & Channel Enablement
- Strategic use and further development of existing content for digital channels
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and brand representation across all digital touchpoints
- Own content calendars and ensure reliable execution across channels
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Ownership of tracking and analytics
- Development of dashboards and reports for Marketing, Sales, and Management
- Use performance insights to continuously refine digital communication and channel execution
Requirements / Profile
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital communications, ideally in a B2B, technology, or agency environment
- Proven experience owning and managing digital channels
- Strong understanding of content-driven digital communication, including campaign planning, channel coordination, and messaging consistency
- Hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to plan campaigns, manage keywords, and optimize content
- Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and interest in developing and structuring content for AI-based search and discovery channels (technical, on-page, off-page)
- Hands-on experience in planning, publishing, and managing LinkedIn content for both corporate brand channels and executive/leadership profiles.
- Experience with digital analytics, tracking, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager) and the ability to translate performance data into optimization actions.
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, structured, and engaging digital content
- Excellent written English and confident communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with CMS/CRM Systems (e.g. Odoo, Hubspot, Strapi, Drupal)
- Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt communication to different audiences
