Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing digital marketing activities with a focus on social media, performance analysis, and data-driven development and optimization of marketing automations. Your main tasks will include:
- Planning, creation, and execution of digital campaigns across various digital channels, especially social media and marketing automation, as well as production of target-group-specific content as part of integrated marketing communication.
- Holistic performance marketing including paid search, retargeting, and continuous optimization to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion.
- Building, maintaining, and analyzing Google Analytics in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
- Developing and implementing integrated digital communication measures along the customer journey.
- Further developing and optimizing marketing automations to increase efficiency, lead quality, and cross-channel impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or media, or equivalent further education with several years of practical experience in digital marketing.
- In-depth experience with marketing and sales automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua).
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere).
- Familiar with content management systems for social media.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Paid Search (including Google Ads), and retargeting tools.
- Very proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Ppt, MS Teams, SharePoint).
- German and English, each very proficient in speaking and writing (B2/C1).
