Support U.S.-based BPO operations remotely. Create content, manage digital campaigns, and optimize performance to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop high-quality, on-brand copy for various marketing assets.
• Campaign Management: Plan, build, launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
• CRM & Lead Management: Administer CRM platform, ensuring accurate lead segmentation and nurture sequences.
• SEO Execution: Implement on-page optimizations, technical SEO fixes, and meta enhancements to improve organic search rankings.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on core KPIs using tools like Google Analytics.
• Additional Duties: Stay current with platform updates, collaborate with the Marketing Manager, and assist with budget allocation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
• Proven experience (4-5 years) in digital marketing execution.
• Native or near-native English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical proficiency with major platforms and tools.
• Specialized digital marketing training and certifications.
• Familiarity with additional channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, organic social media management).
• Availability to work in U.S. business hours (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday).
