As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with company strategy. You own complex product domains or capabilities, deeply understand customer pain points, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes. You operate with autonomy and are trusted to drive results across teams.
Essential Functions
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area or customer journey
- Lead discovery work—customer interviews, competitive research, and data analysis—to identify opportunities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build and launch solutions
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate feature success and inform iteration
- Drive prioritization across competing demands and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders
- Influence cross-functional leaders and executives to gain buy-in on product direction
- Mentor junior PMs and support organizational learning and best practices
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on integration platforms or API-first products.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, GraphQL, gRPC, SOAP, or similar integration technologies.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build and manage roadmaps, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Lean and Agile product development practices.
- Experience with digital product monetization, platform economics, or developer ecosystems.
- Background in large-scale, enterprise, or platform-based digital products.
Education
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum Experience
- 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
Compensation
Pay: Memphis, TN. $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo.; Plano, TX & Pittsburgh, PA.$10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo. Pittsburgh, PA
Location Details
This position will be hybrid in either Memphis, TN., Pittsburgh, PA., Plano, TX. and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.
