Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing strategies that drive measurable performance for our clients. This position is ideal for someone who is strong in SEO, confident working with data and reporting, and comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally. You’ll also be expected to use modern AI tools as part of your day‑to‑day workflow to improve efficiency, enhance content quality, and support stronger strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage technical SEO improvements and collaborate with developers when needed
  • Monitor performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Google Search Console and turn insights into action
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, delivering clear communication around strategy, performance, priorities, and next steps
  • Support content planning and optimization (blogs, web copy, landing pages) with an emphasis on search visibility and quality
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to support research, content creation, and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as an SEO specialist or in a similar SEO‑focused digital role
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving SEO best practices
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Experience using project management tools like Monday.com and Asana
  • Working knowledge of HTML as it relates to SEO and CMS platforms (WordPress experience is a plus)
  • Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) as part of your daily workflow for research, content optimization, and productivity
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in interpreting performance data to guide strategy
  • Comfortable communicating with clients in a professional, confident way, with the ability to translate marketing data and strategy into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Experience supporting or managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads)
