Role Overview
You will join ThinkROI, an innovative marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional returns on investments and building impactful brands. As a Digital Media Planning professional, you will lead integrated digital strategies, collaborating with a diverse team to create groundbreaking results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client requirements for digital media strategy, covering biddable & non-biddable platforms.
- Develop comprehensive digital media plans aligned with campaign KPIs like awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Plan and implement cross-platform digital media strategies across social, search, display, programmatic, video, and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless campaign execution, content calendars, and media deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insight-led reports and recommendations to clients.
- Conduct negotiations with digital platforms, social publishers, and media partners.
- Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.
Qualification Required
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media planning and campaign strategy, preferably in a marketing or media agency.
- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong grasp of digital media and audience planning frameworks.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and media planning.
- Excellent PowerPoint (PPT) skills for creating impactful client presentations.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment and experience in performance-driven and programmatic media planning will be advantageous.
