The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern has been a family-run 5-star luxury hotel since 1861 and is now in its 5th generation. Our philosophy is based on personal service, authenticity, and a strong connection to Lucerne and its culture.
Located directly on Lake Lucerne, the hotel combines 101 rooms and suites, a wellness area, the Brasserie VICO, and historic salons for events and incentives under one roof. The VILLA Schweizerhof, also located directly on Lake Lucerne, is also operated by us.

Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for digital performance, CRM activities, and the technical and data-based further development of our digital platforms and system landscape.
You will actively contribute to the digital strategy and ensure that our systems, platforms, and channels work together optimally and are used efficiently along the entire guest journey.
Your Tasks
- Technical responsibility for CRM, digital performance, and the technical further development of the website
- Support and optimization of the digital system landscape in the area of Marketing & Guest Journey
- Technical and performance-oriented further development of the website (UX, SEO, Tracking, Conversion)
- Implementation and further development of CRM activities (segmentation, newsletters, automations – e.g. Dailypoint)
- Maintenance and optimization of digital platforms (Google, OTA profiles, etc.)
- Implementation and support of performance marketing measures (e.g. Google Hotel Ads, Meta Ads – setup & optimization)
- Analysis and optimization of digital performance (traffic, conversion, campaign performance) based on data
- Ensuring data quality and a functioning digital customer journey
- Interface with external digital partners, platforms, and tools
- Use and testing of AI-supported tools for optimizing content, processes, and campaigns
- Taking over administrative and coordination tasks related to digital platforms, systems, and partners
Your Profile
- Experience in digital marketing with a focus on analysis, performance, and SEO
- Ideally, experience with the digital system landscape in the hotel industry (e.g. CRM, booking engines, platforms)
- Very good analytical understanding and data-driven working method
- Basic technical understanding (CMS, tracking, interfaces)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Initial contact with AI-supported optimizations in marketing (e.g. content, automations, analysis) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
