About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage data-driven, full-funnel paid social media, display, and paid search campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for the company’s brand and its products.
  • Optimize campaigns shared across Google, Bing, Demand Gen, Microsoft Audience, and YouTube.
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Create and present reports on campaign performance to identify actionable insights from Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook/Meta, Google Analytics, Adobe, and Tableau.
  • Identify market trends and competitors’ insight via Hootsuite, Conductor, and Competiscan, present to key stakeholders and set digital marketing strategies for the paid media team.
  • Lead efforts towards implementation of audience segments from 1st party data and 3rd party affiliate audiences.
  • Abide by compliance and legal parameters to ensure all paid media content is compliant with the NCUA under financial services guidelines.
  • Review creative assets in production and provide feedback to the design team.
  • Creating and manage tracking urls for paid media campaigns.
  • Manage monthly digital budget for paid media channels – specifically across display, social, and paid search channels
  • Conduct monthly invoices for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Monitor pacing of paid media campaigns and make budget optimizations as needed.
  • Update creative performance review monthly for paid media campaigns.
  • Provide after hour’s coverage/support to the social media, display, and search team is required.
  • Stay up to date with AI advancements and provide strategic recommendations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with running campaigns in digital marketing channels – Video, Display, Social and Paid Search.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager), Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand, synthesize and communicate campaign results and metrics
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
