About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Beauty Advisor to support our brands by engaging with consumers across social media and public channels. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to consumers, salons, and other contacts seeking information about our products and e-commerce platforms, while building meaningful, lasting relationships. You will also share insights with internal teams to continuously enhance our service and digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Advocacy

  • Act as a Digital Beauty Advisor across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), responding to fans and followers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Support public-facing Care channels, providing insights, engagement, and strategic recommendations as needed.
  • Follow brand-provided social FAQs for launches and major campaigns, and create custom responses that address consumer needs clearly.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to influence consumer purchasing decisions.
  • Alert internal teams to critical customer issues and assist in problem-solving.
  • Offer recommendations for social content and engagement based on consumer feedback.
  • Stay current on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Responsiveness & Customer Experience

  • Maintain a 100% reply rate and meet response time goals across all channels.
  • Ensure high consumer satisfaction and positive sentiment scores.
  • Track personal social KPIs using Sprinklr and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, when needed.

Technology & Data Management

  • Document product issues accurately in CRM systems for product improvement and development.
  • Maintain precise and organized data entry to ensure information integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of social media engagement experience; customer service experience is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with major social media platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-functional environment.
