Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager to join our team and take ownership of client ad spend in the digital space, running campaigns end to end with confidence and independence. If you have strong hands-on experience across Google Search, Meta, TikTok, X, and display and video campaigns, this could be a strong fit.

Responsibilities
- Fostering relationships with clients and their teams.
- Developing digital strategies and implementing them across major ad platforms.
- Running campaigns designed to generate traffic, leads, sales, and measurable value.
- Optimising campaigns to improve performance and get more from client budgets.
- Using self-service media platforms directly rather than outsourcing execution.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on monthly and ad-hoc campaign activity.
- Setting up and implementing tracking and conversion pixels.
- Working with confidence across search, social, display, and video environments.
Requirements
