About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the LUMA Software roadmap in partnership with engineering
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and LUMA practitioners to deliver user-friendly features
- Monitor product performance and usage metrics to inform iterations and long-term planning
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or collaboration tools
- Familiarity with human-centered design and innovation frameworks
- Proven track record of owning product features from discovery to delivery
- Experience as a product-fluent designer in a fast-paced, cross-functional team
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making
