It comprises five specialized companies – including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and dealers for refurbished bikes. As a Digital Product Manager (gn), you will play a central role in a newly formed team under the leadership of the Head of Digital Product Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for the project management of digital projects for our customers and core brands in Germany and Austria – thereby making a significant contribution to a modern, efficient, and customer-oriented product landscape. Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for digital projects (e.g., custom portals, websites) holistically – from discovery and business case calculation to technical conception, including go-live and beyond.
• You will analyze the needs and challenges of our B2B and B2C customers and derive targeted measures to improve the user experience.
• Along the customer journey, you will investigate customer behavior, conduct competitor and market analyses, and identify technological best practices that you will use for the further development of our insurance and service products.
• You will translate business requirements into technical concepts, develop new product features, optimize existing processes, and ensure an efficient, smoothly usable product landscape.
• You will take an active role in stakeholder management, ensuring that different interests from sales, product, IT, operations, and management are purposefully brought together.
• Relevant KPIs will be defined, the success of measures will be measured, and data-based optimizations will be derived to continuously create added value for our customers.

Your Strengths

• A completed degree with a technical or business administration focus (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable degree programs) forms the basis for this role.
• A Master's degree or a comparable further qualification is an advantage.
• You have an understanding of digital architectures, APIs, and web technologies to assess feasibility.
• You do not wait for instructions but take the initiative, look for solutions, think entrepreneurially, and have a strong "bias for action."
• Your strong analytical and strategic understanding allows you to quickly grasp complex contexts, logically deduce them, and present them understandably for different target groups.
• High self-initiative, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and processes, critically question them, and present them understandably distinguish you.
• A precise way of working and a strong sense of quality and detail ensure accuracy and focus on quality and deadlines.
• Fluent German and fluent English skills complete your profile.
