Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Product Owner passionate about digital products and driven by the desire to understand and anticipate user needs. You will directly contribute to the growth of information service sales by driving the user experience, developing new features, and optimizing Blueberry.
You will join a multidisciplinary, human-sized team working autonomously and focused on impact (design, engineering, marketing, sales). An ideal opportunity for an ambitious, business-oriented profile, comfortable with data and motivated by a high-visibility product.
Your Missions
1. Understand User and Market Needs
- Collect and analyze insights: behavioral data, surveys, feedback.
- Monitor competition and evaluate market positioning.
- Define and evolve product strategy.
- Transform customer needs and market data into concrete features and offers.
- Make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Continuously experiment according to the build-measure-learn approach.
2. Transform Strategy into Product
- Manage and prioritize the product roadmap according to business objectives.
- Maximize created value and ROI of developments.
- Identify opportunities, define features, write requirements, manage the backlog.
- Conduct releases: launch features, new offers, new packages.
- Ensure communication with users and prospects.
3. Drive Product Business Performance
- Be responsible for customer journeys and conversion funnels and continuously optimize them.
- Monitor key KPIs: conversion, engagement, retention.
- Define and implement corrective or improvement actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead capture and segmentation (lead scoring, automations).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and solutions-oriented attitude.
- Operational experience appreciated: landing pages, make.com, GTM, analytics, SQL, no-code/low-code, Figma...
- Ability to work autonomously, with a strong sense of priorities.
- Comfort with data and analysis.
- Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
