Job Description:
As part of its digital transformation, Vallourec is recruiting a TMS Digital Project Manager M/F to lead the global deployment of digital solutions across its Supply Chain operations.
This position has a strong international dimension and sits at the heart of industrialization, operational performance, and process standardization challenges on a global scale.
Mission and Responsibilities:
- Lead the global deployment of the Digital Pipe program (collaborative planning platform)
- Manage digital projects end-to-end (planning, budget, deliverables, risks)
- Define and prioritize the TMS digital solutions roadmap
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (VDIS, industrial sites, operations) and external partners
- Ensure alignment with the Group’s digital strategy
- Monitor budgets, CAPEX, and project performance indicators
- Drive change management and support solution adoption across sites
- Lead steering committees (SteerCo) and report to top management
- Contribute to the standardization of digital practices at a global level
- Support business initiatives requiring digital solutions
Profile:
- Master’s degree (Engineering / Business School or equivalent)
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in project management, ideally in an industrial environment
- Experience in digital transformation projects and multi-site / multi-country deployments
- Strong experience managing complex projects (budget, planning, stakeholders)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent English required; additional languages (including French) are a plus
- Knowledge of industrial environments / OCTG or Supply Chain digital solutions is a plus
Regular international travel required (approximately one week per month)

Our Recruitment Process:
An initial interview via videoconference with a Talent Acquisition Manager to introduce Vallourec and discuss your background and motivations.
- A videoconference or in-person interview with the direct manager.
- A third interview via videoconference or in-person with the N+2 and/or a peer.
This process may vary depending on the position and geographic scope. An in-person interview is always included.
