Our "Service Applications" team in the "Customer Services" division is looking for active support! As a Digital Project Manager, you will act as the voice between users and developers. In this versatile role, you will check the application requirements from the specialist department for feasibility and necessity and pass them on to our IT. You will improve existing processes and test initial solution approaches, implement them, and train key users. Does this sound exciting to you? Then we look forward to getting to know you!

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership for our customer portal
• Collection and evaluation of the needs and requirements of our users
• Creation and ongoing maintenance of project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Ongoing monitoring and assurance of project goals and risks, schedules, budgets, and corresponding documentation
• Development of solution concepts and creation of user stories together with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Support of implementation processes (including acceptance tests) and their documentation
• Training and active support of key users

Qualifications

• Completed education in IT (HTL/FH/Uni) or several years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of relevant experience or in process & project management
• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Very good German and English skills
• Precise and structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
