Responsibilities

• You manage digital projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring that ideas become real experiences.
• You plan timings, budgets, and resources, keeping an eye on scope and priorities.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams from design, development, strategy, and QA.
• You are the point of contact for clients and guide them safely through project phases.
• You moderate meetings, reviews, and small workshops.
• You identify risks early and find pragmatic solutions.
• You work with agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) – with a focus on functional delivery, not dogma.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, ideally in an agency or IT environment.
• You count initiative, empathy, and structured work among your strengths.
• You already have experience as a SCRUM Product Owner or in another role within SCRUM teams.
• You are familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro, etc.
• As we work with an international team and globally operating clients, proficiency in English is essential.
• You have knowledge in the development and implementation of Mixed Reality apps or Realtime-3D projects.
• Very good German and good English.
