About
We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition in Dubai. The role focuses on selling digital marketing and lead‑generation solutions while leveraging in-house sales and outreach platforms to identify opportunities, drive outreach, and close deals.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Proactively approach and acquire new clients across B2B and B2C sectors
- Build, manage, and convert a structured sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Identify companies showing active buying intent and prioritize outreach
Sales Technology Utilization (Mandatory)
- Actively use internal sales intelligence tools to track buying intent, branded intent, and competitor signals
- Identify in‑market accounts and decision‑makers
- Support data‑driven sales conversations
- Use automated outreach and email intelligence tools to launch and manage email outreach campaigns
- Nurture leads and follow up on opportunities
- Improve response rates and conversion efficiency
RFP & Tender Management
- Identify and monitor RFPs and tenders through portals and industry networks
- Coordinate internally to prepare proposals and commercial offers
- Follow up and negotiate to secure awarded contracts
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor throughout the sales lifecycle
- Ensure smooth handover to account and delivery teams post‑sale
Digital Marketing & Solution Selling
- Confidently sell digital marketing services (performance marketing, social media, branding, lead generation)
- Translate client challenges into tailored solutions using internal tools and services
- Clearly position proprietary sales and outreach platforms as value‑adding solutions, not just tools
Market Presence & Networking
- Attend awards, ceremonies, exhibitions, and networking events
- Represent the company professionally and expand market visibility
- Build partnerships and referral opportunities within the UAE ecosystem
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager in Dubai
- Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or B2B services
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, lead generation, and outreach automation
- Experience selling technology‑enabled or data‑driven solutions is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with RFP processes and corporate procurement
- Existing UAE market network preferred
KPIs & Performance Metrics
- New revenue generated monthly and quarterly
- Number of qualified opportunities sourced via internal sales intelligence tools
- Conversion rate of automated outreach campaigns
- RFPs submitted vs. deals won
- Client acquisition and retention rate
