Digital Shelf & Marketing Operations Specialist (Contract)

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Shelf & Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital content, ecommerce enablement, and marketing operations for third-party online partners. This role focuses on managing product content, improving digital workflows, and supporting integration of digital shelf platforms within the marketing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital product content across ecommerce partner platforms
• Support content syndication, product information management, and digital workflows
• Assist in integrating digital shelf tools (e.g., Salsify) into internal systems
• Maintain and update product data including specifications, features, claims, and marketing content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, digital, compliance)
• Support development of processes and tools for partner onboarding and digital enablement
• Ensure content compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Provide project coordination and track deliverables across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
• 5 10 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations
• Experience with content management systems, digital shelf tools, or PIM platforms (e.g., Salsify)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Familiarity with digital shelf/content syndication platforms
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
