Role Description

You’re a people-person who can coordinate between clients and our media team with ease. Deadlines don’t scare you — they motivate you. You’re naturally curious, keep your pulse on social and digital trends, and know how to translate them into results for different industries.

You’re the type who looks at analytics not just as numbers, but as a story of what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next. Collaboration is second nature, and you know that the best campaigns happen when performance and creative teams work in lockstep.

The Must Haves

As a Digital & Social Marketing Specialist, you’ll help us tell stories that stop the scroll. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — from storyboarding content and coordinating shoots, to building social strategies that actually deliver results.

For the right person, we’re flexible. This can be a full-time, part-time or contractor position. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy
  • Strong Analytical Skills for campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent Communication and collaboration capabilities
  • Project Management skills to organize and oversee marketing initiatives
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to trends in digital and social media
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software is a plus
  • Experience in a design, marketing, or creative studio environment is advantageous
