To play a technical lead role in the configuration of no-code and low-code (drag-and-drop) software, specifically for a client in the premium lifestyle and hospitality services sector.

This person will map business processes, architect solutions (including automations), and implement the solution within no-code and low-code application platforms. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate operational needs into practical system configurations.

Skill Requirements

  • Ability to take ownership of business processes and system design, translating operational requirements into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, and requirement specification, with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven capability in configuring and delivering low-code and no-code platform solutions, including workflow design and drag-and-drop application development.
  • Experience designing and implementing business automations that improve productivity, service delivery, and commercial efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of business systems architecture, including how data, processes, and platforms interact across an organisation.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to structure information flows and generate actionable insights.
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to assess solution impact on operational performance, cost, and customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to both technical delivery and business-facing consulting.
  • Strong research and problem-solving ability, including evaluating tools, platforms, and implementation options.
  • A demonstrated track record in systems thinking and design thinking will be preferred, as will a natural technical curiosity or a propensity to code.

Requirements

  • A BComm in Information Systems, an Engineering degree, or a Multimedia Design degree is required. Only candidates with one of these qualifications will be considered.
  • A proven track record of strong performance in previous roles, with evidence of delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated innovation in the use of technology, including a track record of building or implementing automation and process improvements.
  • Unquenchable technical curiosity, with a strong drive to explore new tools, platforms, and digital solutions.
  • Related work experience in business systems, digital process improvement, automation, or low-code delivery is preferable.
  • A clear commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and professional development.
