The Role

Chemours is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our TSS Global Supply Chain team. This hybrid position will be based at our Wilmington, DE office.

In this individual contributor role, you will play a key role in strengthening data driven decision making across planning, execution, and performance management. This role blends analytics, systems knowledge, and business partnership to ensure accurate, trusted data and insights that support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and business minded—someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, process, and supply chain operations, and who is motivated to continuously improve how data is used to drive results.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) through data preparation, model updates and performance reporting
  • Maintain and refresh planning data, actuals‑versus‑plan analyses, and forecasting inputs on a recurring cadence.
  • Partner with planning and operations teams to ensure data reflects current business realities and supports scenario analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and usability across planning processes.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain recurring supply chain reports and dashboards used by business and supply chain leaders.
  • Translate large, complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that support day‑to‑day and strategic decisions.
  • Support both standard and ad hoc data requests related to demand, supply, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a key user and business partner for supply chain planning and reporting tools and support system changes, enhancements, and testing to ensure tools align with business needs.
  • Assist with user troubleshooting and promote best practices in how digital tools are used across the organization.
  • Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to build analytical capability across teams.
  • Champion data quality, integrity, and consistency to ensure reliable insights that build confidence in decision‑making.
  • Develop and continuously improve data analytical toolsets using Power BI and Data Integration and Workflow Tools (i.e. Alteryx). to enhance transparency, efficiency, and business insight.
  • Design and maintain business‑focused Power BI dashboards for performance tracking, trend analysis, and exception management.
  • Utilize Data Integration and Workflow Tools (i.e. Alteryx) to automate data preparation, validation, and recurring reporting, reducing manual effort and improving scalability.
  • Identify recurring data or reporting challenges and translate them into practical, valued improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, planning, operations, and IT teams to define data standards, ownership, and governance practices.
  • Support broader transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by enabling more standardized, self‑service analytics.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement within the TSS Digital ecosystem.
  • Provide support for broader Business Intelligence objectives as directed.

Required Qualifications

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with large data sets and enterprise reporting environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Data Integration and Workflow Tools (i.e. Alteryx).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable results in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Master's degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Business or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or analytics roles.
  • Experience with SQL Servers, SAP, Power Apps, Power Queries or supply chain planning or reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with data automation, visualization, and dashboard development.
  • Coding / Data Science experience
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.

Compensation

Pay Range (in local currency): $85,801.00 - $134,064.00

Chemours Level: 24

Annual Bonus Target: 6%

Factors considered in extending a compensation offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, and alignment with market data. The incentive pay is dependent on business results and individual performance and subject to the terms and conditions of the specific plans.
