About Us

We design user-centered digital products that do more than just look good: they create value for society – in public administration (federal), mobility (hvv, MVV, BVG, among others), education, and NGOs – as well as for companies in the private sector.

To make our ideas a reality, we are looking for a Product Manager with ownership, conceptual strength, and a desire for real impact. Not a coordination role, but real product responsibility.

What are your tasks?

Product Ownership & Lifecycle

• You take responsibility for digital products throughout their entire lifecycle – from discovery and conception to implementation and further development.
• You think about products systemically – with an eye on scalability, consistency, and reusability.
• You develop product visions and derive clear roadmaps and priorities from them.
• You prioritize soundly, make clear decisions, and provide orientation for teams and stakeholders.
• You communicate directly with our customers in regular meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions with stakeholders.

Discovery, Conception & Requirements Management

• You actively immerse yourself in complex domains, analyze user needs and contexts, and prepare findings in a structured way for your team.
• You conduct research with the team and translate findings, needs, and use cases into concrete product approaches, prioritized requirements, and implementable specifications.
• You actively drive requirements management and develop user journeys, user stories, process models (e.g., BPMN), flows, and role & permission concepts.
• You structure and maintain requirements comprehensibly in the backlog and actively develop the knowledge base (e.g., in Notion).

Collaboration with Design & Development

• You work closely with UX/UI designers and developers, bring different perspectives together, and take responsibility for QA and testing.
• You understand design systems and, together with design and tech, ensure that standards are developed, adhered to, and meaningfully evolved.

What do we expect from you?

Product Understanding & Working Method

• You think about products holistically and see yourself as an active product designer – from vision to implementation details – and take responsibility for decisions and results.
• You set clear priorities, work in a structured manner, and maintain focus even with multiple parallel topics.
• You use methods like SCRUM, Design Thinking, or discovery approaches selectively and pragmatically.

Communication & Collaboration

• You can clearly structure complex issues and communicate them understandably – both within the team and to decision-makers in authorities or at management level.
• You bring together different interests and navigate complex stakeholder structures with confidence.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily with design and development and can productively connect different perspectives.

Experience, Curiosity & Development

• You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in digital product management – not a junior role.
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new and complex domains (e.g., GovTech) and make this knowledge productive.
• You question the status quo, continuously develop yourself, and organize your work independently and responsibly.
• You are familiar with tools like Figma, Notion, Miro, or similar, and you quickly adapt to new tools and ways of working.
