Role

In this role, you will actively shape the digital future of a diverse environment in the field of data management and digitalization. You will take responsibility for the structuring, maintenance, and further development of data, as well as for the continuous optimization of digital processes. You will act with great independence and personal responsibility, implementing modern solutions efficiently and purposefully. You will work closely with a dynamic, well-coordinated team and make a direct contribution to the quality and reliability of the data basis. In this way, you will significantly contribute to recognizing, utilizing, and sustainably anchoring digital potential.

Responsibilities

• Active shaping and implementation of digital transformation in collaboration with the responsible specialist department
• Planning and execution of smaller projects in the area of digitalization and data management
• Creation, optimization, and automation of database queries and processing of large amounts of data
• Conducting data analyses, including data cleaning, to ensure high data quality
• Analysis and optimization of existing business processes
• Support in application-side first-level support for ERP systems and other software solutions in coordination with IT
• Maintenance and updating of product and master data

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary education (University of Applied Sciences, University, or HF) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Experience in digitalization and/or data management projects
• Very good knowledge of SQL and database queries
• Experience in creating and optimizing evaluations and statistics (knowledge of Lobster is an advantage)
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (e.g., eNVenta)
• Team-oriented, responsible personality with very good German language skills
