We are looking for highly motivated door to door leader to manage our top performing canvassing team!

Experience Required

• Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
• Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
• Conduct daily meetings
• Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows and doors
• Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates

Compensation

• Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides (Earn $100K-$200K per year)
