Direct Hire Recruiter

Position Overview

With over 20 years of success and a presence in 6 countries, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Direct Hire Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and contribute to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire positions across Non-IT roles
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms
• Conduct screening, interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building
• Present staffing solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing accounts
• Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, account management, or business development, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment
• Proven success in direct hire placements and client-facing roles
• Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for recruiting and business development
