Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lancaster, PA, for a Direct Mail Manager. The Direct Mail Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of direct mail marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to design effective campaigns, managing production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, ensuring quality control, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires a mix of strategy, attention to detail, and strong project management skills to meet client objectives and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, and Analysis of marketing performance
• Strong skills in Project Management, Coordination, and Process Optimization
• Knowledge of Vendor Management and experience with Quality Control processes
• Excellent Communication, Client Engagement, and Collaboration skills
• Experience in Data Analysis to evaluate campaign results and suggest improvements
• Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on delivering quality outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in direct mail marketing or advertising is highly desirable
