About the role

About SWICA

The SWICA Health Organization, with approximately 1.6 million insured individuals and around 31,400 corporate clients, is one of Switzerland's leading health and accident insurers. It focuses on a high-quality service offering with above-average service quality. We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who identify with our philosophy and want to represent it convincingly, both internally and externally.

Good communication makes the difference, and that's exactly where you come in. You ensure that our customers receive the right content at the right time across all channels. Whether it's newsletters, campaigns, or automations: You will operationally implement our omnichannel communication, contribute your ideas, and continuously develop existing formats. You will work closely with various teams and use modern tools to make impact visible. This is how you shape health.

Responsibilities

  • Operational implementation and further development of the newsletter (content, layout, dispatch, and performance monitoring)
  • Implementation and optimization of cross-channel customer communication (email, physical mailings, website, etc.) in close cooperation with specialist departments
  • Operational use of Martech systems (e.g., Braze, BSI, CMS) for campaigns, segmentation, and simple automations
  • Editorial maintenance and campaign-related updating of website content in the CMS
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs and derivation and preparation of optimization potentials

Qualifications

  • Several years of practical experience in omnichannel, CRM, or direct marketing
  • Experience in implementing newsletters and cross-channel campaigns (email, website, mailings)
  • Proficient in the operational use of automation tools (e.g., Braze, BSI) for building campaigns, as well as segmentation and simple automations
  • Experience in the editorial maintenance of websites (CMS knowledge is an advantage, ideally Magnolia)
  • Analytical understanding of KPIs and the ability to derive optimizations from them
  • Structured, independent way of working, networked thinking, and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and open to new tools and further development
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
