We’re seeking an experienced Direct Sales Manager to lead and grow sales teams for fiber optic internet and energy campaigns. This role is ideal for a proven leader who understands direct sales, knows how to motivate teams, and wants unlimited earning potential with room to scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple direct sales campaigns (fiber optics & energy)
- Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives
- Conduct field coaching, ride-alongs, and ongoing training
- Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and sales standards
- Report performance metrics to upper management
Qualifications
- Prior experience in direct or door-to-door sales
- Experience with fiber optic, internet, or energy campaigns preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Results-driven with a hands-on management style
- Ability to recruit and build high-performing teams
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
