The organization is subject to change due to the DTIE – SID merger. The job description may be modified in light of the DTIE – SID merger. The post holder will be required to travel regularly between Balard and Versailles.

Mission Description

The main activities are:

• Provide assistance to 1 to 3 armies, directorates, and services in terms of needs expression, financial programming (A2PM work), and monitoring of infrastructure operations and projects.
• Oversee, throughout the year, the execution by production establishments of infrastructure operations and projects for the 1 to 3 armies, directorates, and services entrusted.
• Propose, in conjunction with ADS and production establishments, adjustments for the execution of operations and projects.
• Periodically provide the financial synthesis sub-directorate (SDFP) with the necessary elements for the development of various financial syntheses and indicators.
• Prepare and analyze prospective financial management exercises, in liaison with production establishments.
• Maintain ministerial indicators related to monitored infrastructure operations.
• Ensure, within the framework of infrastructure projects, the proper coordination of the execution of concurrent operations carried out by other ADS.
• Participate in various steering meetings with directorates, services, and infrastructure function stakeholders.
• Participate in activities necessary for the proper functioning of the service, and if necessary, temporarily cover for absent personnel performing the same duties for other ADS.

Profile Sought

We are looking for someone with an initial general engineering degree or equivalent and experience in project management in the field of infrastructure operations management (e.g., project owner assistance).
