You will work within the Major Projects Department, which brings together the operational units for Underground Works, Linear Infrastructure, Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Structures, and Nuclear, Defense, and Industry.
You will manage the setup, execution, and achievement of financial, quality, and deadline objectives for a large-scale project – at least EUR 100 million – involving multiple techniques and partners, by optimizing the contract and respecting regulations and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-company and multi-discipline teams in the context of tenders;
- Define, monitor, and evaluate the project implementation strategy;
- Participate in the financial engineering of the project;
- Manage the contract: define and plan internal and external resources to be allocated to the project, mobilize and manage them throughout the project duration;
- Manage contracts in relation to the project: supplies, services, subcontracts, ...;
- Ensure relations and coordination with the Client, co-contractors, and external organizations;
- Optimize contractual management up to the final acceptance certificate (DGD);
- Act with full autonomy within the scope of powers delegated by the company;
- Lead the project's QSE approach.
These missions may be adjusted or evolve based on the company's general activity.
Qualifications
Ideally, you hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school or equivalent, and you have over 15 years of experience in managing public works sites, with a significant portion in public works.
You perfectly master the contractual management of public works contracts, as well as the regulations and legislation specific to the project, using project management tools.
Your central role is client relations: a constant consideration of the company's interests allows you to represent it at a high level.
You effectively lead multidisciplinary and multi-technical teams. Communication techniques, adapted to all types of stakeholders, are used daily.
You mobilize and organize all direct or transverse resources: this allows you to make decisions and negotiate, while ensuring strong leadership. Your results-oriented culture and high ambition allow you to focus on achieving objectives and results.
Your ability to take a step back and remain calm allows you to manage unforeseen events and crises that may arise.
