This full-time, hybrid role is for a Director, B2B Lifecycle & Performance Marketing. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to support organizational goals of demand generation and sales enablement. This is a role for a maverick, a change agent and a builder not just an optimizer.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of revenue generation and marketing acceleration
- Expertise in B2B Enterprise-grade Marketing to create and execute insight-driven strategies
- Proven experience in Marketing Management and team leadership
- Knowledge in Sales with strong skills in relationship-building and negotiation
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics in marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with teams, stakeholders, sales teams, and internal clients
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - bonus if you have experience in b2b marketing engines or Adobe's AJO or Marketo
- Appetite to be a bold thinker, innovator, pusher, and the ability to pivot when the intel tells you to
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
