Requirement	Desired Profile
Education	Completed studies (ETH, university or FH) in Business Informatics, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field.
Professional Experience	Several years of hands‑on experience in Data Analytics & Development, preferably in the financial services sector.
Leadership Skills	Proven track record of leading teams and driving cross‑functional initiatives.
Languages	Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Technical Know‑how	Proficiency with data‑warehousing, ETL tools, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, Python/R and modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Soft Skills	Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication, stakeholder‑management and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
