About the role

Position Overview

The Director, AMS Digital Channel Marketing is responsible for developing consumer-centric, business-informed digital go‐to‐market strategies and integrated activation plans for Under Armour’s digital channels. This role focuses on driving digital traffic, conversion, and brand affinity while ensuring products are powerfully positioned. The role requires close collaboration with the UA.com team and regional partners to strategize seasonal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, briefing, and integration of content programming across digital selling and marketing channels.
  • Serve as the single “source of truth” for digital content strategy, story prioritization, and activation framework.
  • Guide the teammate managing Amazon marketing with a bias toward marketplace activation and sales impact.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to digital content/activation planning, communication, and leadership reviews.
  • Apply an opportunistic and curious mindset to solve business challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Propose annual budgets and lead process hind-sighting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with typically 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with typically 10 years, or typically 16 years of experience without a degree.
  • Generally 6+ years of management experience or equivalent subject matter expertise.
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented with a strong digital-first background and a proven track record in growing digital DTC businesses.
  • Strong consumer orientation with the ability to support strategies that drive brand preference and loyalty.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with high initiative and inventive thinking.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and developing talent.

Base Compensation

Base Compensation: $157,038.60 - $215,928.08 USD. Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. (Salary is one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.)
