We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our email, CRM, and outbound marketing infrastructure This role brings together marketing, technology, and data-focused on building systems that enable effective communication, lead generation, and audience engagement across our marketing, sports, music, and entertainment businesses. You'll own and shape our email and digital programs while helping define how we use CRM across the organization. Working closely with business leads and the Technology team, you'll guide platform decisions, improve how we manage and use data, and establish clear, scalable processes. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who enjoys building while also driving day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead email and digital strategy-from planning through execution and optimization.
- Partner with business teams to align campaigns with broader marketing and CRM goals.
- Shape and roll out CRM strategy across divisions, including segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage and improve email platforms and marketing tools (e.g., SendGrid, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Oversee audience data-ensuring clean lists, smart segmentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Work with the Technology team to select, implement, and improve platforms and integrations.
- Establish clear processes and best practices for campaign execution and data management.
- Track performance, surface insights, and continuously improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and social media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in email, social, and CRM.
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, data management, and compliance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technology teams.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution-you can set direction and roll up your sleeves.
- Comfortable using data to measure performance and guide decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with marketing automation, customer journeys, or paid media is a plus.
