About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize, manage, and direct the daily operations of our healthcare campuses including work requests and projects within the facilities.
- Provide customer coordination, project estimation, and scheduling work to accomplish completion by both in-house and contractor personnel, all in a safe, cost-effective, and customer-friendly manner.
- Report on work order completion, PMs, and project status.
- Drive company vehicles on or around Norton Healthcare's campus or other facilities as assigned and needed.
- Provide direction, guidance, and overall management to ensure operational integrity, financial viability, physical safety, and institutional compliance of all Norton Healthcare facilities.
- Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and report progress.
- Maintain a participative, teamwork-oriented environment including recognition programs to acknowledge abilities, development, and achievement of the entire staff, training programs to ensure a culture of learning and growth, and communication to insure a continuous two-way flow of information.
- Develop and monitor expense accounts, maintenance records, and capital replacement plans to ensure the operational integrity of Norton Healthcare Facilities.
- Develop, monitor, and track the effectiveness of Customer Service to patients, visitors, and fellow employees.
- Establish and maintain communication with all levels of Administration and employees.
This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Qualifications
Required:
- Three years of leadership in facility management (with required degree).
- Seven years of leadership in facility management (without required degree).
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Driver's License.
Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Certified Healthcare Facility Manager.
