About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and direct the daily operations of our healthcare campuses including work requests and projects within the facilities.
  • Provide customer coordination, project estimation, and scheduling work to accomplish completion by both in-house and contractor personnel, all in a safe, cost-effective, and customer-friendly manner.
  • Report on work order completion, PMs, and project status.
  • Drive company vehicles on or around Norton Healthcare's campus or other facilities as assigned and needed.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and overall management to ensure operational integrity, financial viability, physical safety, and institutional compliance of all Norton Healthcare facilities.
  • Utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems and report progress.
  • Maintain a participative, teamwork-oriented environment including recognition programs to acknowledge abilities, development, and achievement of the entire staff, training programs to ensure a culture of learning and growth, and communication to insure a continuous two-way flow of information.
  • Develop and monitor expense accounts, maintenance records, and capital replacement plans to ensure the operational integrity of Norton Healthcare Facilities.
  • Develop, monitor, and track the effectiveness of Customer Service to patients, visitors, and fellow employees.
  • Establish and maintain communication with all levels of Administration and employees.

This role requires driving Norton Healthcare vehicles, which could include transporting patients and visitors. You must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Three years of leadership in facility management (with required degree).
  • Seven years of leadership in facility management (without required degree).
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Driver's License.

Desired:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Certified Healthcare Facility Manager.
