Your Future Responsibilities

• Technical, economic, and personnel management of our engineering department
• Responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical systems
• Control of the deployment planning of operational resources such as machines, tools, and transport
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and standard processes
• Fulfilling guest requests and resolving any operational disruptions
• Responsibility for a team of employees and supporting their further training and development
• Leading internal communication on behalf of your department

Your Profile

• Several years of operational experience in hotel and engineering
• Completed technical degree (e.g., supply, electrical, or building services engineering) or an electrical or HVAC apprenticeship
• Initial experience in cost management, budget planning, and forecasting
• Experience in work planning, staff management, and quality assurance
• Fluent communication in contract negotiations and very good MS Office skills
• Independence, reliability, and organizational skills
