We’re seeking a hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to lead day to day marketing efforts across both digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a strong marketer ready to take the next step and own strategy and execution in a visible, high-impact position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media (Google Ads, Meta), as well as print advertising, in-store signage, and promotional initiatives
  • Drive SEO and website optimization efforts (Google Analytics, WordPress, marketing automation tools)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data-driven insights
  • Oversee creative development across digital and traditional materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to support growth and lead generation initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy and positioning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in digital, B2B, performance, and traditional marketing (print, signage, promotions)
  • Strong understanding of integrated advertising strategies across online and offline platforms
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and automation tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and basic HTML
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to execute and lead initiatives
